Do you do custom orders?
At the moment, we do not do any custom orders. The items listed on Empower Flower Creative Studio are pre-made and come as is.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship internationally as of now. We only ship to the US. We hope in the near future we will expand out shipping options.
Do you offer wholesale?
We do not accept wholesale orders at the moment.
How do the sizes work?
The size chart is the last photo of the item listing. Swipe left on the product photo until you get to the last slide.
What if I don't see my size?
Feel free to send us an e-mail at empowerflowerstudio@gmail.com to request your desired size. The desired size may not be guaranteed, but we will try our best to get it ordered for you!
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed and shipped out within 3-7 days of purchase. Please note that the clothing is handmade so orders may occasionally take up to 2 weeks.
Do you process refunds?
Please note that we do not offer refunds. However, if an item you received was in unacceptable condition, or if you received the incorrect item, please email us at empowerflowerstudio@gmail.com.
Damages, issues, Exchanges
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on any items.
